Baba, What is A New Year?

When I asked Baba…What is a New Year,

He Answered, “A New Year is A Year,

When you let go, All that you’ve been Chasing & Hold on to me

When you offer all of your longings,

your tears, your wishes,

At My Lotus Feet,

& Ask me to decide what’s best for thee!

When you place your Trust & Faith

in the Knowing;

“That I Know Everything!”,

Even before a tear falls,

Even before a prayer is born,

Even before a thought crosses,

This Baba knows & in that knowing

When you place all of thy trust in me

Baba in your heart, As Your Heart is Reborn!

When you listen to that little voice within

In the face of Gigantic storms

In the face of Darkness,

Pain & Indifference;

That from Weak Minds are born

Yet! In the face of such injustice

You hold on to me

In the Strength of your Heart,

& when in that face of such inhumaness

You turn Inward; Knowing

This Baba Shall Fight;

“Your every battle & war!”

Then in That Peaceful Knowing

You End One Cycle & Usher in Dawn!

For you’re Never truly Alone,

Nor An orphan

Even whilst this World may Abandon you

“You’re mine & I’m yours!”

New year is when You Simply Choose to Turn to me

& in that very instance

A New Cycle of Life Commences!

Whilst I shall myself then carry all of thy burdens!

For No Child of mine

Who’s placed its Faith & Trust in me

& Who’s turned to me

“Can Ever Fail at Anything!”

New Year is in holding of this thought of me in every second of your life’s journey

For My Beloved Child

The second you turn to me

A New day is born,

Where you’ll meet life,

In Peaceful Acceptance Of all that’s given;

“As Gods Gift!”

Beloved I’m Always waiting to offer you this New Year,

Every day, Every Second

Not just at some waning & waxing of a lunar moon,

That calculates Time & it’s Beginning

Beloved,

Shall we in this very instance;

“Start Our New Year?”

Are you ready to leave everything behind & turn to me?
